Mr. Feller serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ICARO Media Group. Mr. Feller has been Chairman and CEO of SKYY Digital Media Group, Chairman and CEO of Stratus Media Group, Chairman and CEO of ProElite, and is currently Acting Chairman of the Americas for Cronus Equity. Mr. Feller attended Purdue University for Mechanical Engineering with an Aerospace emphasis and Pepperdine University for his MBA in process.

David Catzel,

Mr. Catzel is an accomplished business and technology executive with an extensive history of strategic alliances in media content, licensing, marketing and technology. Mr. Catzel’s executive positions include Microsoft, Intel Capital, Lucasfilm, ESPN, Barnes & Noble and North Communications. He is currently focused on the burgeoning 5G mobile network area and its impact on digital sports, Esports and Smart Cities.

Mr. Schneider spent more than 34 years as a Managing Director at Allen & Co. and brings a wealth of M&A experience and long-term relationships with leaders in technology, media and entertainment. Mr. Schneider has been a member of the Advisory Boards of Loton, Corp., Mandalay Digital Group, Inc., Intellicell Biosciences, Inc. and Neu Media, Inc. Mr. Schneider pioneered The Allen & Company Sun Valley Conference, widely considered one of the world’s most influential gatherings of international business leaders. Mr. Schneider is the Chairman Emeritus of the Buoniconti Fund to Cure Paralysis.

Luis Claudio Goldner,

Mr. Goldner is a senior corporate executive, having managed and operated fortune 500 companies in LATAM and North America. Mr. Goldner serves as Chief Operating Officer responsible for global partnerships, consumer trends and operational best practices. Mr. Goldner served as Chief Executive Officer of Intralot do Brazil and Chief Executive Officer for Trust Impressores, a subsidiary of Oberthur Group. Mr. Goldner has also served as head of business development and Managing director of Estrategia Investimentos SA / Citibank in asset management. Mr. Goldner holds a degree in Economics from Universidade Gama Filho RJ–Brazil.

Mr. Barrera is a senior corporate executive with extensive experience in finance, international investments, acquisitions and global partnerships. Mr. Barrera serves as Chief Commercial Officer responsible for strategic partnerships and global strategy. Mr. Barrera served as President of SKYY Digital Media, CEO of Global Select Wealth Management, and for over twenty years Mr. Barrera worked at Prudential Financial where he served both as Director of Institutional Wealth Management at Prudential International Investments and Director of Institutional Investments at Dryden Wealth Management. Mr. Barrera holds degrees in Economics and Business Administration from Coe College.

Julio Hernandez-Miyares,

Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Hernandez-Miyares is an experienced technology leader with more than twenty-five years in the digital space. Mr. Hernandez-Miyares serves as Chief Technology Officer responsible for strategy, management and research and development. Mr. Hernandez-Miyares has served as CTO Digital for Televisa, Vice President of Architecture & Engineering and a founding executive at the newly-formed Sports Media Group (SMG) of Gannet’s USA Today, and VP of Technology and CTO for the Entertainment, Games and Latino business units at AOL. Mr. Hernandez-Miyares attended Hunter College for Computer Science and Mathematics and Queens College for a bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minor in Economics.

Alex Zivkovic,

Chief AI Officer

Mr. Zivkovic is an experienced technology leader with more than twenty years of experience in cutting-edge technologies in advanced data science. Mr. Zivkovic serves as Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer responsible for setting research and development of AI projects. Previously Mr. Zivkovic was CTO of Breaking Data, has launched a number of technology companies and has led teams in advanced data science and AI research in the fields of semantic search, location search, and natural language processing. Mr. Zivkovic earned his MASc degree from University of Toronto for work done on genetic algorithms used for process control and automation.

André Müller Borges,

President for Brazil and LATAM

Mr. Borges is an executive leader with extensive experience in within regulatory, legal and executive management roles in the telecom and media broadcast sectors in Brazil and LATAM. Mr. Borges serves as the President for Brazil and LATAM, responsible for leading ICARO’s overall growth and strategy in Latin America.

He has held executive posts with top telecom and media broadcast companies that include Oi, Globo, and NET Servicos de Comunicacao (later acquired by Claro S/A, an América Móvil subsidiary in Brazil). Mr. Borges also served as Brazil’s Secretary of Telecommunications, where he coordinated revisions to the Brazilian Telecommunications General Law and oversaw the consolidation of all telecommunications policies and regulations. Mr. Borges started his career as a lawyer and legal manager at Alcoa before becoming a partner at Tozzini, Freire, Teixeira e Silva Advogados Law Firm.

Helmut Forero,

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Forero is a seasoned financial executive with a track record of successfully leading Nasdaq IPO processes and helping companies find financial stability and rapid growth. Mr Forero serves as Chief Financial Officer, responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, financial analysis, and financial stability of the ICARO organization. He brings more than 26 years’ experience in senior financial management positions in the US and Latin America in industries such as technology, energy, media, telecommunications and investment banking. Mr. Forero spent ten years in high finance management roles with British Petroleum (NYSE: BP) and Mapfre Insurance (BMADMAP). In addition, Mr. Forero was the CFO for Masa Global Insurance company, BG Capital Group (private equity), and Senior Nannies Health Care Group.
